A combination of acupuncture, massage, cupping, gua sha, reflexology and/or qigong will be discussed with you to help you to get the most out of the treatment.

45min Qigong Lessons (1:1) - £35
For people who want a targeted Qigong practice to move their health goals forward, or for those who may find it difficult to attend group sessions, 1:1 lessons can provide them with tailored sessions and routines that they can then practice at home. Videos are also provided to support this.
